Dennis Hill Solo

Dennis Hill has been the lead singer for Memory Road since he and Gibbs Lukoskie founded the group back in 2013, following his move to Tennessee in 2012. In addition to singing with the duo and trio versions of Memory Road, Dennis is now available for solo performances.

Dennis Hill Solo Dennis has been performing since 1973 when he joined his first band, STEEL Satin, in Michigan. After moving to Corydon in Southern Indiana, he continued to perform with a few other groups and as a solo artist. Because he is such a strong, versatile vocalist, Dennis can perform a huge variety of music. His repertoire spans songs from the 40’s through the early 2000’s, focusing mainly on the great oldies of the 60’s and 70’s. His solo show features both pop and country music … very recognizable songs that hit the charts, bringing back memories of the ‘Soundtrack of Our Lives’.

With the capability of performing over 500 songs (click here to see the Memory Road song list), requests are encouraged. Dennis might not be able to do your specific request, but there is a good chance he can do something similar or another song by that particular artist.

ONE IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have heard Memory Road at various dance venues throughout the area, don’t necessarily expect Dennis to perform ONLY the same dance music. Although he can, for the most part, do all of the songs that the duo or trio does … the solo show focuses on the additional variety of hits from the same era that may not necessarily be strictly “dance songs”.

Dennis was in the radio business for the better part of his working career and he brings that musical knowledge to his shows, as well. He will add interesting information about the artists, etc. to his song introductions. All in all, the Dennis Hill Solo show makes for a fun, enjoyable time.
